About The Position

IDEMIA Civil Identity is hiring a Compensation and Benefits Administrator to administer and support the Company compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and positive employee experience. This role processes complex compensation actions, supports incentive and commission plans, and serves as a key liaison between employees, leadership, and third-party benefits providers. The role operates with minimal supervision and may provide guidance to other HR staff.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and administration
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in calculations and data processing
  • Ability to interpret policies, explain programs clearly, and support employees with professionalism and discretion
  • Effective communication skills for working with employees, leaders, and external vendors
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to provide leadership in benefits and compensation within HR Team
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in compensation and/or benefits administration
  • Demonstrated experience handling complex compensation or benefits issues
  • Experience with ADP Benefits Administration

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex compensation or benefits issues independently, escalating only the most complex matters as appropriate.
  • Maintains Company compliance across compensation and benefits requirements.
  • Maintain compensation programs and practices including job architecture and position grading in alignment with Company compensation philosophy ensuring fair and equitable compensation strategy
  • Administer annual incentive compensation plans including documentation, communication, annual calculations & payments, ensuring accuracy and clarity throughout.
  • Manage all aspects of the annual salary review cycle utilizing company compensation tools. Ensure accurate administration, information, communication, and resulting documentation.
  • Provide compensation analysis related to merit increases, promotions, job changes, market adjustments, and organizational changes.
  • Assist employees in understanding Company benefits offerings, eligibility, costs, and coverage.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and third party benefits providers to resolve issues and support enrollments.
  • Lead internal benefits communication strategy, providing content and materials for benefits-related communications and presentations.
  • Own Leave of Absence processing for all leave types including but not limited to: FMLA, state and local leave types, medical and non-medical, parental, workers compensation, and ADA.
  • Manage full annual Open Enrollment cycle including benefits selection, system update, employee communications, and processing resulting changes.
  • Serves as back-up for benefits billing, invoicing, and audit.
  • Other duties as assigned.
