Requirements

• Five years of directly related full-time experience or a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and one year of full-time experience for Compensation Associate.
• Six years of directly related full-time experience or a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of full-time experience in compensation analysis for Compensation Analyst.
• Previous experience in an analytical or HR-related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
• Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
