About The Position
We are looking for a talented Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead NICE's compensation and benefits practice in the Americas region. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end C&B in this region to drive an agenda that contributes to the company's winning DNA, increases organizational & people performance, and builds scalable growth for the company's continued success. The region includes 6 countries: US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Bolivia and Colombia.
