About The Position
Tarkett Sports is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our Tarkett Sports team! You will play a key role in supporting the business by contributing to the planning, design, implementation, communication, administration and maintenance of compensation policies and practices aimed at enabling Tarkett Sports to attract and retain the best talent to drive great business performance. Compensation and Benefits manager (C&B manager) manages an organization's compensation and benefits programs for Tarkett Sports. This role ensures that compensation is fair and competitive, and that it aligns with the Tarkett Sports business goals. This person will work on all company-wide compensation programs and processes and serve as a Compensation Business Partner for our Tarkett Sports division and will report to our Director, Compensation and Benefits for Tarkett North America and Tarkett Sports divisions with matrix reporting line to the Human Resources Director - Tarkett Sports N. America.
