We are looking for the right person to become an integral member of our Human Resources team and lead the compensation and benefits function. In this role you are the premier subject matter expert providing guidance to support our pay practices. We are looking for both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor who is passionate about compensation and benefits administration. This position is highly strategic but includes tactical application and day-to-day administration of the compensation and benefits function.
