About The Position

The Compensation Analytics & Reporting Lead is responsible for providing analytical, technical, and reporting support for the organization’s compensation programs. This role manages core compensation data activities, including market benchmarking, modeling, survey submissions, and reporting, while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights for decision-making. The position operates under the direction of the Senior Director of Compensation and collaborates with Compensation team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to manage and interpret complex datasets.
  • Ability to translate data into insights that drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling); experience with HRIS and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Knowledge of compensation principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Work effectively with HR, Finance, and business leaders.
  • Clear presentation of complex information in user-friendly formats.
  • Creative approach to addressing compensation and data challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years experience in large, complex, or matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with Radford, Mercer, CompAnalyst or other compensation survey platforms.
