The Compensation Analyst I is responsible to assist with executing basic activities associated with compensation management under the direct guidance of the Compensation Advisor and Manager of HRIS & Payroll. Assist in salary surveys and analyze data from survey sources to determine competitiveness both internally and externally. Assist in preparation of compensation increase and incentive programs. Utilize data results to make recommendations and/or identify trends based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), market information, or business strategy. Assist in preparing required reporting and filings. Work successfully with both internal and external partners including employees, HR team members, business leaders, compensation consultants, vendors, and others. Perform employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations.
