Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation, data analytics, finance, or a related field
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)
  • Experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and metrics
  • Effective attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience supporting compensation or total rewards programs in a large, global organization
  • Familiarity with compensation systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce) and advanced analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of market benchmarking, job architecture, and compensation best practices
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, or building AI solutions for compensation processes

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and administration of compensation programs and processes in alignment with Meta's business strategy and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct data analysis and modeling to inform compensation decisions, including cost modeling and employee impact analysis
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor program health, data integrity, and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to deliver periodic reporting, business updates, and analyses (e.g., retention modeling, cost impact simulations, compensation reviews)
  • Identify and track success metrics for compensation programs, and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Work with large datasets and leverage advanced analytics tools (including AI-powered solutions) to streamline processes and deliver actionable insights
