About The Position

The Compensation Analyst at Coinbase will support global compensation programs by providing analysis, insights, and modeling to enhance plan design. This role is crucial for improving compensation processes and scaling effectively for the future, requiring a detail-oriented and analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience on Compensation teams
• Experience with job analysis, benchmarking, and market pricing; experience with Radford and McLagan is a plus
• Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights
• Comfort working in an ultra fast-paced environment

• Experience in global compensation practices and regulatory environments
• Ability to navigate complex compensation structures

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative analyses to assist Compensation Leadership with key projects
• Conduct benchmarking to develop job families and pay targets, supporting job architecture and business growth
• Contribute to the research, design, and administration of compensation programs
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices by conducting research
• Collaborate with Talent and People Operations teams to optimize processes
• Develop and maintain tools to enhance efficiency of programs
