Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience with market pricing, job evaluation, salary survey participation experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills required.
  • Highly detailed and analytical skills required.
  • Ability to identify problems, recommend alternatives, and collaborate to implement necessary changes required.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with statistical/cost analysis preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, human resources or related field preferred.
  • Coursework in statistical analysis preferred.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of human resources and compensation best practices preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer compensation and variable pay programs.
  • Conduct job evaluations and maintain HR system data.
  • Support organizational pay strategies.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders and people operations team members to evaluate new and existing job descriptions.
  • Determine market pricing aligned with the established compensation philosophy.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of pay programs, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Participate in developing recommended plan revisions and new plan implementations.
