About The Position

The Compensation Analyst role at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) focuses on providing quality compensation-related services to managers and staff, emphasizing superior customer service and continuous process improvement. This temporary position involves assisting with various compensation programs, conducting analyses, and supporting the Labor Relations Team in salary administration and contract proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare and/or human resources.
  • 1-3 years prior compensation experience with high customer interaction.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • World at Work CCP certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the administration of compensation programs for nonunion and union employees.
  • Support Labor Relations Team with costing of union contract proposals and salary administration.
  • Conduct compensation analysis to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Coordinate and administer contractual allowances for unions.
  • Conduct salary audits as requested.
  • Perform job evaluations for appropriate leveling.
  • Assist the Compensation team with special projects and reports.
  • Complete compensation surveys, including annual healthcare surveys.
  • Administer Sign-On, Referral Bonus, and Miscellaneous bonus programs.
