About The Position
Join Everi's dynamic team as a Compensation Analyst III professional! This role is key to maximizing our compensation strategies and performance management processes. You'll conduct intake sessions, maintain salary databases, perform FLSA evaluations, and generate analytical reports. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to draft job descriptions, partner with senior leaders on performance initiatives, and serve as a subject matter expert in performance management. Strong communication, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and experience with compensation tools and HRIS systems are essential.
