We're actively seeking a talented Compensation Analyst II to join our HR Compensation team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office. As a Compensation Analyst II, you'll play a key role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success by assisting with job evaluations, processing sales incentive payments, compensation audits and incentive plan documentation. You will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and evaluating market data, internal data, and compensation trends to ensure our compensation structure aligns with our business objectives and industry standards. You will also participate in compensation surveys, conduct pay analyses, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
