Processing of all employee personnel transactions includes the following reviews, verifies, validates, data entry, research, updates information and follow up to ensure completeness and compliance with company Human Resource (HR) policies and Compensation Guidelines. Provides compensation administration support to employees, leaders, other HR areas and Payroll. Generates and mails periodic reports (i.e., departmental staffing) in line with established schedules. Completes periodic HRIS testing. Estimated pay range for this position is $19.44 - $23.52 / hour depending on experience.
