About The Position
Guggenheim Investments is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Compensation Team. This position is responsible for recording and reconciling compensation related transactions for the firm's global employee base in accordance with the firm's policy and accounting controls. This position will be responsible for compensation and benefit related reconciliations including payroll and incentive compensation ensure accurate data flow between systems and support all reporting and audit requirements. This position reports to the Compensation Reporting Manager and liaises directly with Payroll, Human Resources, Accounting, and auditors. In addition the position is required to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information. This position is based in New York.
