About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. Competitive pay ($20–$22/hour, depending on experience and certification).

Requirements

• Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred—but not required (we’ll cover your training!)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and background check
• Honest, energetic, and caring individuals with a passion for helping others

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship
• Deliver care in clients’ homes with flexible shift options
