The client is expected to be discharged from the hospital soon, and care will begin immediately upon return home. This role is ideal for a caregiver with experience providing emotional support, structure, and daily assistance for individuals managing mental health challenges and cognitive changes.

Requirements

• Prior experience supporting individuals with depression and cognitive decline
• Reliable, patient, and emotionally attentive
• Able to provide consistent structure and reassurance
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders and daily routine support
• Meal preparation and ensuring regular nutrition
• General home assistance and light housekeeping
• Laundry assistance
• Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
