Griswold Home Care for Oahu is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Nursing Assistants (NAs) who are passionate about providing high-quality, personalized care to seniors in their homes. Requirements
- CNA or NA certification (required)
- Current 2-Step TB Test
- Fieldprint background check (or willingness to complete — having one speeds up onboarding)
- Reliable transportation (driver's license and auto-insurance)
- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
- Commitment to providing consistent, quality care
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercises
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Observe, document, and report changes in client condition
- Represent Griswold Home Care with professionalism and compassion
