BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team of professionals as the Compass Call Deployment Manager. The Deployment Manager will support the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) organization operating on Davis-Monthan AFB to maintain Worldwide Mobility capable status, along with processing and tracking of all CLS team members. The Deployment Manager will be the subject matter expert on the many guidelines, regulations, contract specifics, and Command/local rules that govern the mobility process for DoD Contractors. Additionally, they are expected to be fluent in all things supporting the preparation, movement and return of the EA-37B CLS team off-station and support logistics organization operating on Davis-Monthan AFB. Furthermore, the candidate will work with End Users and Logistics personnel to provide feedback on mobility processes and recommend solutions to meet the customer’s needs. Additional responsibilities include the flowing: Prepare and process individuals for deployment to and from designated locations in support of contingency, exercises, or other Compass Call mission requirements based on U.S. Government, DoD, USAF, BAE, and any other applicable guidance. Work with host installation and unit mobility personnel to provided tailored support for personnel and equipment deployment functions. Develop, track, and manage processes for Passports, Visas, Letters of Authorization, and other required documents to ensure currency and accuracy. Coordinate and schedule required pre-deployment training. Oversee all pre and post deployment mobility logistical and personnel processes. Interface with Government/Host Installation support agencies to facilitate deployment travel as required. Pair and tailor deployment force packages to meet mission requirements. Craft and submit aircraft load plans to supported MAJCOMs and AMC for strategic airlift. Maintain mobility/personnel readiness folders for all deployable personnel IAW applicable USAF, COCOM, DoD, and locally developed guidance. Manage readiness reporting in SPOT-ES, DRRS, DCAPES, and BAE specific databases for UTC posturing and individual status updates. The Mobility Manager position will fall in the umbrella of the Logistics Support Manager. In that capacity may be assigned local programs such as Facility Manager, Local Purchase Card holder, or others deemed necessary. This person will represent CLS in most if not all matters associated with deployment and readiness with the expectation of working with Air Force and base office. Support the Logistics Manager and CLS Site Lead to determine readiness and readiness posture for the CLS as a whole. Will develop checklists to encompass pre and post deployment processing and coordinate with on and off-base entities to get members deployment ready and returned. Work hand-in-hand with Training Manager to ensure all required deployment training is accomplished prior to trip departures and will endure the length of the trip as much as possible. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time
