About The Position
Experienced Company Driver / OTR / Mentor FULL TIME, PERMENANT, IMMEDIATE START POSITION Earn bonuses EVEN AFTER your driver gets in his own truck for 1 Year! POSITION DETAILS Mentor OTR students, typically out for 11 days, which includes 1 day of observation and 10 qualifying days (students must drive at least 5 hours). Take recommended time off (home time or solo driving) between trainees. Work off a 14-hour clock: if the trainee drives 5 hours, you have 9 hours left to drive, maximizing your mileage. Receive priority miles to ensure a good number of miles each week. Utilize online checklists while training drivers. Compensation: Competitive CPM based on tier pay, plus: $0.10 CPM training pay $0.04 CPM productivity pay Additional bonuses Immediate mentor eligibility for experienced drivers with no wait times or mileage requirements. Incentives: Upon the trainee's transition to their own truck, you will receive: $500 for completing 10,000 safe miles $300 for completing 20,000 safe miles After mentoring the 6th student, become an Elite Mentor and earn an additional $0.01 CPM for each student during their first year as a solo driver.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 Years of Age
- 3 months of CDL-A Tractor Trailer experience in the last year with an accredited CDL school OR 1 year of CDL-A Tractor Trailer experience within the last 3 years
