The Second Stage Theater General Management department is seeking a full-time Company Manager for its Broadway production of Cult of Love. The Company Manager will support all administrative activities for the production, serving as the primary liaison between the General Management Department and all company members, including casts, crews, creative teams, stage management, and musicians. This role is crucial in maintaining all company communication pertaining to 2ST's Marketing, Development, and Press departments. The Company Manager will also support the General Management department in tracking, drafting, executing, and filing artist contracts, processing onboarding paperwork, and managing weekly payroll for company members. Additionally, they will remit Dues, Pension, and Health Reports to the Finance Department and the appropriate unions. The Company Manager will track and facilitate payment of all fees for designers, assistants, playwrights, and directors, as well as manage budgets related to all assigned projects, including payroll, special events, and general company management expenses. They will arrange travel and secure short-term local housing for out-of-town artists, oversee child guardians and tutors for child performers, and coordinate meet & greets and other events involving company members. The role also includes maintaining contact information for agents, cast, and creative team members, compiling necessary materials for Playbills, and managing local transportation arrangements for company members. The Company Manager will participate in strategy discussions regarding ticket availability and house size, manage the Tony Award® ticketing process, and cover all rehearsals and performances during the run at The Hayes Theater. They will serve as Second Stage's liaison with cast and crew at all rehearsals and performances, ensuring smooth operations throughout the production. This position requires a positive spirit, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work productively under time pressures while meeting deadlines.
