This position is for day and evening shifts. Companions offer one on one assistance with senior clients assisting them with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, transfer assist, feeding, pericare etc.) as well as non-clinical assistance, supervision, companionship and support. The Companion provides generalized attention to the needs of clients and are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean environment and observing any changes in the client's needs. Must be able to work twelve-hour shifts and available to work some weekends and holidays. CNA license preferred but not required, will be responsible with working with clients who may have animals present in their homes (dogs and cats).
