Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Willing to register with the California Home Care Aide Registry
- Willing to complete a TB test, background check, and drug screening
- Drug test must be passed prior to hire
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience is a plus (especially with seniors or dementia)
- CNA license or Alzheimer's/Dementia experience is a bonus—but not required
Responsibilities
- Help seniors with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and incontinence care
- Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation
- Ensure client safety and comfort at home
- Communicate regularly with our care coordination team
