Executive Home Care (EHC) in Conway, AR is growing, and we’re looking for Companion Caregivers who want meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and the chance to truly brighten someone’s day. If you’re someone who loves conversation, connection, and caring for others, this role might be a perfect fit. Our caregivers provide non-medical, in-home companionship and personal care to clients throughout Faulkner County , with shifts available in multiple towns and communities. We are currently seeking caregivers who can work: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), primarily weekends (Friday-Sunday) At Executive Home Care, caregiving is about relationships, consistency, and compassion. As part of our team, you’ll do more than just complete tasks — you’ll help reduce loneliness, promote independence, and create moments of comfort and joy for clients right here in our community.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Caregiving, companion care, or personal care experience
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with a supportive team

Responsibilities

  • Spend quality time with clients through conversation, reading, games, hobbies, or simply being present
  • Provide companionship and assistance with errands, appointments, and social outings
  • Offer cheerful support during meals and assist with light meal preparation
  • Help maintain a comfortable home environment with light housekeeping and organization
  • Provide gentle medication reminders (non-medical)
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, mobility assistance, and fall prevention—always with dignity, safety, and respect
  • Encourage participation in walks, puzzles, hobbies, and other engaging activities
  • Observe and report any changes in a client’s condition, mood, or routine
  • Accurately document visits and communicate with the care team
