The Compact Equipment Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining compact construction and agricultural equipment, including skid-steer loaders, mini excavators, utility vehicles, and compact tractors. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work efficiently both in the shop and in the field.
