About The Position

We’re looking for an IT Field Technician to support a major technology deployment project in Mt. Pleasant, SC. This position is a contract role lasting 4 months from November to March, requiring on-site work in a hospital setting with up-to-date vaccinations, employer medical screening, drug testing, and background checks.

Requirements

• Experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow technical documentation and scripts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a healthcare or fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Mt. Pleasant site.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-go-live and go-live transition efforts.
• Install, configure, and support end-user devices, peripherals, and software.
• Deploy hardware including printers, scanners, carts, laptops, and desktops.
• Validate workstation functionality using predefined scripts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
• Assist with hardware refresh and facility tech deployments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for escalations and issue resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and document technical findings.
• Provide basic tech training to end users.
• Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation.
• Keep worksite clean and organized, including equipment setup and breakdown.
