About The Position
The Community Youth Program is designed for Ak-Chin Community Students of high school age, to gain hands on work experience through key areas of the Casino Entertainment Industry. The Community Youth Program is an extension of the Harrah’s Development System designed for Ak-Chin Community members that are high school students in good academic standings. As a Community Youth Worker, you will have exposure and gain experience in the back of house (BOH) positions with the intention of developing basic job skills and pursuing discovery of future career options within the Casino Entertainment Industry after completion of a High School Diploma or GED.
