Merrick, Inc. is looking for a Community Transportation Specialist to ensure accurate billing and client data management that supports our transportation services. This role is vital to keeping services reliable, compliant, and accessible for the individuals we serve. As a Community Transportation Specialist, you will: Enter and maintain client and service agreement information in our client billing system (Pavillio). Monitor compliance to prevent billing risks. Review claim data and make timely corrections to ensure accuracy. Serve as a backup to other positions within the department, supporting teamwork and flexibility. Build positive, professional relationships with coworkers, passengers, families, case managers, and transportation providers. What Merrick, Inc. Offers: Monday–Friday, day schedule. Comfort using electronic devices, databases, and internet-based applications. Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize multiple demands independently and work with minimal supervision. A collaborative mindset and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
