In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technology assistance for both team members and residents. This position is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the community platform, ensuring smooth functionality, implementing new technology features, and facilitating community engagement through technology-driven initiatives while aligning with the overall goals of the community.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems, or a related field
Minimum of four years’ experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role
Prior experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role

Nice To Haves

IT related certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) are preferred
