As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will be responsible for supervising and teaching individuals as assigned at work, volunteer sites, the community, and in the Center. This role is crucial in ensuring that individuals with autism receive the support they need to thrive in various environments. In this position, you will collaborate with compassionate behavior analysts and thrive within a professional and supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to engage in cutting-edge research initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. We prioritize your professional growth and development, empowering you to reach your full potential. The DSP will implement instructional programs, provide job coaching, and transport individuals to and from community sites, ensuring a safe and supportive experience for all learners. You will also be responsible for collecting and reporting data, managing problem behaviors, and attending staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and policies.
