The Community Outreach Coordinator will serve as the local face of Momâs Meals throughout Michigan, working directly with healthcare providers, case managers, social service agencies, and individuals to promote and facilitate the growth and access to Momâs Meals. This role is responsible for driving awareness, building relationships, and supporting program enrollment to help ensure nutritious meals reach those who need them most. This position reports to the Manager of Healthcare Partnerships. The successful candidate will drive an increase in HDM referrals from a variety of organizations throughout Michigan. This position will be based in Michigan, ideally located in the Metro Detroit or surrounding areas and travel statewide will be anticipated as needed. The chosen candidate will also be eligible for a company car. Remote hires will be required to travel to our headquarters in Ankeny, IA (company paid) on their first day for orientation.
