This role supervises Housing Case Managers and Navigators, manages client intake, and ensures effective care plan implementation. This position supports staff training, quality assurance, and compliance with documentation standards in the EHR and HMIS. They also collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and Managed Care Plans to ensure coordinated, trauma-informed, and youth-centered services.
