About The Position

As a Community Support Worker Shift Lead you will work one on one with individuals in our Assisted Living apartment settings to support them through their journey to independence! The shift lead will also take a leadership role within the program; training new staff and working on special assignments with the supervisor. If you've got experience as a Direct Support Professional and want to take the next step into a leadership role, we want to talk to you! Shifts available -10 hour shifts: Sunday-Wednesday 10am-8:30pm. In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team. Internal growth/Promotional opportunities Starting Salary: $21.00 hourly Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible. Options Residential uses E-Verify Options Residential, Inc will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees. Employees in driving positions will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Background check. Continued employment will be contingent on a cleared background study and a satisfactory MVR.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional or other caregiving role required
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Some supervisory experience preferred
