We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Support Team - Substance Use Specialist to join our team full-time. This role is essential to our mission, providing therapy, crisis support, and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a Community Support Team - Substance Use Specialist with Carolina Outreach, you will conduct assessments and provide community-based therapy and case management to adults. May conduct initial assessments for clients with severe Substance Use Disorder symptoms and connect them with a higher level of care such as residential care, SAIOP, or SACOT services. Our comprehensive range of services include school-based therapy, outpatient treatment, psychiatric evaluations, community support, and substance use services. Compensation: This position is compensated using a piece rate model, where pay is based on the Relative Value Units (RVUs) assigned to each billable service. Each clinical service (e.g., individual therapy, group therapy, assessments) is assigned a specific RVU value, and your total compensation is determined by the number and type of services you deliver. Estimated income ranges: Associate Licensed: $36 - $37.50 Fully Licensed: $39.00 - $40.50 The ranges above are estimates based on productivity.
