About The Position

Your Role at Sana Lake Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Community Support Specialist who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover! As a Community Support Specialist, you will find and link members with internal and external resources to meet their needs. You will assist members in managing outside stressors (legal, financial, vocational, etc.) according to the best interests of the member's progress in recovery. The Community Support Specialist will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan and assist in coordinating discharge planning. The Community Support Specialist maintains communication between treatment team members, family, referral sources, and other service providers as needed. Requirements

Have a Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
Have or will obtain a valid State of Missouri Class E Driver's License

Nice To Haves

Have a minimum of 1 year of case management with substance use treatment experience, preferred
