About The Position
The School-Based Community Support Specialist serves as a liaison between children/families and the school and other external systems, providing a wide range of services based on the needs and expectations of each child and family. The position will start with training in a community-based role and will transition to include school-based functions once clinical and professional competencies are demonstrated. Evening and weekend availability is required as needed by families served. Collaborative documentation with families served is also required.
