About The Position
Community support specialists provide individualized skill development training to help the client enhance problem-solving abilities, contribute to home life, and/or enhance community engagement. The 1:1 support provided by the CSS is intended to encourage a client to take positive steps toward independent living. This is a flexible part-time job in the afternoon, evenings, and maybe weekends.
