Position: Community Support & Sales Associate Location: Across Riverside County, including but not limited to: Riverside, Moreno Valley, Corona, Temecula, Murrieta, Hemet, Perris, Lake Elsinore, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indio, Cathedral City, Coachella, Eastvale, Menifee, Wildomar, Banning, Beaumont, Norco, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, San Jacinto, Desert Hot Springs, Jurupa Valley, and surrounding areas. Compensation: $16.50 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience and performance) Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Requirements
- Successful completion of a background check is required for this position
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of settings.
- Must have reliable transportation — driving between outreach sites is required.
- A smartphone with internet access to handle daily tasks and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Must be dependable and open to attending weekly in-person meetings in Irvine.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or community outreach experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Attend community-based events and designated public locations to connect with local residents.
- Share details about affordable Telecommunication services and assist eligible individuals with sign-up support.
- Guide customers through the onboarding process with professionalism and care.
- Provide basic product support and ensure a positive experience for every individual.
- Participate in a weekly morning team meeting at our Irvine head office (required).
- Keep outreach setup clean and organized, and report progress to your supervisor.
