Compensation: $22.91 - $25.35 an hour Position Overview: Provide skills-based services to assist clients and families in meeting identified goals (example: coping skills education, parenting skills training, etc.) Link families to resources in the community, based on needs Collaborate with other Grace Harbour staff and community partners to ensure effective treatment, service provision and case collaboration Attend regular team meetings Attend agency trainings, as needed Answering telephones when needed Scheduling appointments and answering telephones. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
  • At least two year’s experience working in the mental health field.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed theories, principles, and practices (including multi-faceted understanding of concepts such as community trauma, intergenerational and historical trauma, parallel processes, and universal precautions).
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skills-based services to assist clients and families in meeting identified goals (example: coping skills education, parenting skills training, etc.)
  • Link families to resources in the community, based on needs
  • Collaborate with other Grace Harbour staff and community partners to ensure effective treatment, service provision and case collaboration
  • Attend regular team meetings
  • Attend agency trainings, as needed
  • Answering telephones when needed
  • Scheduling appointments and answering telephones.
