About The Position

Our Regional Mobile Crisis Team is looking for our next Community Support Professional to serve our community in the NRV, Blue Ridge, and Mt. Rogers area! The Community Support Professional provides direct intensive community crisis stabilization and prevention supports to individuals diagnosed with behavioral health diagnoses served by the Region III Regional Mobile Crisis Team. Also assists with the development of and staff training in individualized behavior support plans. Works as part of the Regional Mobile Crisis team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and participate optimally in the community.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor's Degree in special education, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Current registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP-A and/or QMHP-C is required.
