About The Position

Our REACH team is growing! We are searching for our next Community Support Professional for the Far Southwest area. As a Community Support Professional you will provide direct intensive community crisis stabilization and prevention supports, to individuals diagnosed with behavioral health diagnoses served by the Region III Regional Mobile Crisis Team. You will also assist with the development of and staff training in individualized behavior support plans. Works as part of the Regional Mobile Crisis team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed, to help individuals served live and participate optimally in the community. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, or an approved human services field.
• Current registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP-A and/or QMHP-C is required.
