About The Position

The Community Support Professional III provides direct intensive community crisis stabilization and prevention supports to individuals diagnosed with behavioral health diagnoses served by the REACH program. Also assists with the development of and staff training in individualized behavior support plans. Works as part of the REACH team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and participate optimally in the community.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in social work, psychology or human services related field.
• Virginia Board of Counseling registration as a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Adult (QMHP-A) and/or Qualified Mental Health Professional-Child (QMHP-C) status.
