You’ll lead a team that supports others with daily activities in their own homes, communities, and within relationships. Requirements
- A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A valid MN driver’s license and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
- Ability to pass a background check through DHS.
Responsibilities
- Support the individuals you work with through ongoing teaching, coaching, and role modeling (may include transportation, cooking, and participating in wellness routines).
- Collaborate with the individuals you support, your co-workers, and your supervisor to problem-solve and create a positive culture.
- Communicate clearly and accurately, both in documentation and verbal communication.
- Manage staff scheduling and schedule appointments for those you support.
- Participate in annual paperwork, support planning, and building person-centered plans.
- Gain personal and professional skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.
- Support others in realizing their hopes and dreams.
