Position: Community Support Associate Location: Yorktown Village Apartments - Oregon, OH Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm Pay Rate: $20 - $21/hour (based on experience and qualifications), with bonus potential Bring Your Skills Bring your organizational skills, adaptability, and property management experience to a regional role that supports multiple communities and keeps operations running smoothly. We’re looking for: More than a year of property management experience. Collaborator with a cheerful outlook. Initiative-taking and meticulous with excellent written and verbal communication. Exceptional customer service skills. Experienced in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and knowledge of Yardi software. Must have a valid driver’s license, with reliable vehicle and auto-insurance. Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check if offered a position. Make an Impact Step into a fast-moving role where you’ll make an immediate impact, support multiple communities, and help create standout resident experiences! Travel to and work onsite at assigned regional communities, floating between locations to provide office support and coverage as needed. Direct and coordinate community activities across designated regions, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional resident experiences. Provide administrative support for property operations, including lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and other site-level responsibilities. Complete payables efficiently and accurately, as per organizational guidelines. Conduct regular walks of apartments and properties to ensure optimal condition and presentation. Assist management with various tasks related to social media, resident events, owner walks, newsletters, community related tasks, and preparing owner reports.
