The Community Standards Manager at Southern New Hampshire University works with faculty, staff, and students to manage, track, and resolve violations of the Academic Integrity Policy and the Student Code of Conduct. This role ensures that students, faculty, and staff are educated about conduct, academic integrity policies, and associated judicial procedures. The manager educates students on their civil, ethical, individual, and social rights and responsibilities as a member of the university community, coordinates any required reviews or hearings, works with departments across the institution to research cases, communicates with students about resolutions and any sanctions, and follows-through with students to finalize conduct cases. The Community Standards Manager shares trends and concerns with leadership and identifies potential solutions. This position is a dual-place role, partially based in Manchester, NH, and requires employees to be able to commute to Manchester, NH on a regular basis for hybrid work.
