About The Position

The Community Specialist at lululemon is responsible for executing the store's community strategy, focusing on engaging with the local community through relationship building, events, and product seeding. Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
• 1 year of experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement the community strategy and enhance guest experience.
• Establish and manage relationships with local Ambassadors, studio owners, and community partners to boost guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with the local community to identify potential Ambassadors and enhance the store's community standing.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess their needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, and host local and regional community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Analyze community-related business data to provide insights and recommendations to store leadership.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
