The Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Solar for All (SFA) Program in Oregon, which is part of the Oregon Solar for All Coalition (OSFAC). This initiative aims to make solar energy accessible and affordable for low-income and disadvantaged communities. The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in administering Oregon's Solar for All program, focusing on community solar projects with consumer-owned utilities (COUs). This position requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment and possesses the skills and experience necessary to contribute to high-impact work that aligns with BEF's mission and supports the success of its partners. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for building partnerships and projects with various stakeholders, particularly COUs, and utilizing technical skills to develop and deliver community solar projects that serve low-income and disadvantaged community members. The role involves overseeing the implementation of program initiatives, developing comprehensive program plans, and ensuring that all activities are executed according to predefined timelines and quality standards. The candidate will also engage in relevant policy development with external partners and utilities to support program delivery and impact, evaluate program success metrics, and adapt strategies as necessary to enhance the efficacy and reach of the program. In addition to program management, the Senior Program Manager will engage with existing and prospective project partners, advocate for equitable access to renewable energy benefits for underserved communities, and lead proactive outreach to potential community and utility partners. This position requires travel up to 20% to various locations, primarily to support relationship development and project-related meetings or working sessions.
