As a Community Service Manager, you will mentor, train, and work with the service team members to oversee all maintenance aspects for your community. This associate must exhibit a high level of maintenance knowledge with the skill sets required to lead a service team. This role will work alongside the Community Director to ensure achievement of financial performance and increase asset value. A successful Community Service Manager is able to manage their time effectively, is detail oriented, a trustworthy team player, and takes pride in their work. In addition, this position needs to be accountable and attentive to provide excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents, associates and vendors.
