Job Description Overview The Community Sales Manager is part of the team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales center. The Community Sales Manager receives training and mentorship from the Area Sales Manager or Director, Sales / VP, Sales & Marketing. The Community Sales Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers, while demonstrating respect and professionalism. Responsibilities include: driving the overall sales process, maintaining continual development and implementation of effective and efficient sales and administration programs, providing product and company information, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help drive leads.
