The Community Sales Manager at Arbor Homes is responsible for driving sales in the Cincinnati/Dayton market by attracting potential homeowners and managing the sales process.   • Attract potential homeowners by studying competition and building broker relations.
  • Identify potential homeowners by greeting visitors at models and assessing their needs.
  • Sell homes by following up with prospects and representing the company's interests.
  • Complete and enforce Purchase Agreements, including obtaining earnest money and completing design center selections.
  • Meet contract requirements by coordinating with construction managers and completing necessary inspections.
  • Develop and implement community marketing plans to draw traffic into communities.
  • Maintain rapport with homeowners by communicating progress and resolving concerns.
  • Complete home closing by fulfilling contractual obligations and attending closing events.
  • Maintain professional knowledge through training and educational workshops.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Strong social skills and ability to engage with potential homeowners.
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain detailed information.
  • Adaptability to change and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Focus on achieving specific standards for self and others.
  • Experience in sales or real estate is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and community engagement.
